Consultation Bookings

• All consultation fees are paid in advance
• Once a consultation is booked and confirmed, it is non-refundable
• This applies to all strategy calls, audits, and advisory sessions
  
  

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time
• Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may not be accommodated
• Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable

Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in rare situations where:

• The consultation is cancelled by BetaPixel
• A technical issue prevents the session from taking place

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of BetaPixel.
